Valentine Ignatious, our champion Dexter Bull has again sired impressive steers. The latest away has a hanging weight of 216 kilo, at 29 months old, and with just the right amount of fat covering (according to the craft butcher) should provide a really good 140 kilos of premium meat wth lovely marbling. He is spoken for but two of this brothers will be available in the frst week of January
